Do you Understand Your Cats Behavior ?

Cats seem mysterious but understanding your Cat's Behavior is as easy as just paying attention. Watch your cat’s body language and respond accordingly. Cats use many ways to communicate their want and needs.

Rubbing up against you: A good sense of smell is important in cat communication. When their human returns home, a cat sniffs then proceeds to rub their face against their owner's legs, placing her scent on their owner. Through the owner's day, scent molecules have attached to their clothing. The cat's must remark their owner again to cover up those other smells.

Body language: A cat's posture, gestures, facial expressions, tail, ear and whisker position can all be a indication of how your cat is feeling.

A cats bristly tail that thrashes back and forth are warnings. If the cat is feeling defensive, the tail is arched. Hissing and along with backing away with their ears flat against the head are other defensive poses.

You can tell a lot about a cat's state of mind from its eyes. Wide, dilated eyes say I am angry or am fearful. A happy cat slowly blinks their eyes, or keeps them half-closed.
